Guidelines for submitting an abstract

Abstract Submission procedure

Abstract Submission is now closed. 

  1. Download the Abstract Submission Form and fill in all information.
  2. Tick the appropriate box (Oral Presentation or E-Poster) for the type of your presentation.
  3. Indicate the presenting author with bold and underlined letters (no more than 3 presentations as presenting author are allowed).
  4. Abstract font: Calibri, No 10.
  5. Abstract Title: 15 words or less.
  6. Abstract Main Body: 250 words or less.
  7. Save the completed Abstract Submission Form to your computer.
  8. Send via e-mail the file at by September 15, 2017 Abstract Submission Deadline extended until September 30th, 2017.
  9. Notification of acceptance: October 6, 2017 .
  10. After acceptance: registration of at least one author of accepted poster/oral presentations by October 15, 2017, in order for the presentation to be included in the Main Program.

Oral Presentations after acceptance

Instructions below
  1. The maximum time for each accepted Oral Presentation will be 10 min.
  2. All participants should submit their presentations to the I.T. Congress Desk at least 1 hour before the start of the session in which they participate.

e-Posters after acceptance

Instructions below
  1. Accepted e-Posters should be prepared in one PowerPoint slide of 16:9 mm and should be sent as high-resolution PDF files to the Congress Secretariat at, by November 15, 2017.
  2. Each e-Poster will be presented during the e-Poster session within a maximum time of 3 minutes.
